Behind the brand

As a brand-new venture preparing to launch in London, Ontario, &asanas faced the challenge of establishing the studio as more than yet another yoga studio. Lena, the founder, had an amazing vision for a yoga studio that was about so much more than just the physical practice. She wanted it to be a sanctuary where people could come together, connect, and find solace in the chaos of daily life. Our primary objective was to capture the essence of what makes the studio unique, attract the right kind of clientele, and make it easy to get started.

deeper meaning

At the heart of the brand design for &asanas lies their deep commitment to authenticity and holistic wellness. The logo, crafted with open, rounded counters, symbolizes balance and grounding—essential elements of the studio’s ethos. The contrasting stroke weights within the wordmark convey trustworthiness and maturity while exuding a contemporary yet timeless elegance. The connection between the ‘a’ and ’n’ reflects the unity in the studio’s offerings—a space where connections thrive, and all facets of wellness exist in harmony.

The cornerstone of the brand identity is the ampersand. Wider at the base, with its smooth, continuous stroke, the symbol embodies the expansive nature of holistic wellness and the studio’s mission.

Through thoughtful social media design, an intuitive, easy-to navigate website, simple online booking integration, and engaging email marketing campaigns, we’ve crafted a truly immersive online experience. Whether browsing Instagram for a peek into the studio’s vibe, navigating the website for schedules and booking, or receiving tailored emails with exclusive offers and updates, users experience a seamless journey that embodies the studios values and encourages engagement.
